Rental Agreement and Reservation Form R1.3

1. Check-in time is no earlier than 3:00 p.m. on the Saturday of your week.

2. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the following Saturday.

3. Maximum occupancy is two adults.

4. No pets.

5. No smoking.

6. Telephone in the cabin for local and credit card calls. Incoming number is 207-288-4768.

7. Cabin must be left in same condition as upon arrival. Sweep or vacuum as needed.

8. 50% deposit required for reservation (this is non-refundable. If we know well enough in advance and can rent your week to someone else we will make a refund but there are no guarantees).

9. Balance of rental due two weeks prior to arrival. $200 security deposit must be sent with balance of rental.

10. Security deposit will be returned by mail within two weeks after satisfactory inspection of cabin.
