Rental Agreement and Reservation Form R1.3

1. Check-in time is no earlier than 3:00 p.m. on the Saturday of your week.

2. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the following Saturday.

3. Maximum occupancy is six people.

4. No pets.

5. No smoking.

6. Telephone in the house for local and credit card calls.

7. House must be left in same condition as uponarrival. Sweep or vacuum as needed.

8. 50% deposit required for reservation (this is non-refundable. If weknow well enough in advance and can rent your week to someone else we willmake a refund but there are no guarantees).

9. Balance of rental due two weeks prior to arrival. $200 security deposit must be sent with balance of rental.

10. Security deposit will bereturned by mail within two weeks after satisfactory inspection of house.
