After confirming availability by phone or email, please print this form (PDF), then sign and mail it with your nonrefundable deposit to the address below.

1. Check-in time is no earlier than 3:00 p.m. on the Saturday of your week.
2. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the following Saturday.
3. Maximum occupancy is six people in the House, two adults in the Cabin.
4. No pets.
5. No smoking.
6. The house and cabin each have a telephone for local and credit card calls. All incoming calls are accepted.
7. House or cabin must be left in good condition upon departure. Sweep or vacuum as needed.
8. 50% deposit required for reservation. (This is non-refundable. If we know well in advance and can rent your week to someone else, we will make a refund but there are no guarantees ).
9. Balance due two weeks prior to arrival, including $200 security deposit. Security deposit will be returned by mail within 2 weeks after satisfactory inspection of house or cabin.
